I. THE BIOLOGICAL SEAL (Return Policy)
            At the Abyssal Archive, once a specimen has been dispatched and its biological seal is broken, it is considered "integrated" with the recipient's reality. For reasons of absolute biological safety and hygiene, we enforce a rigid containment policy.
        
            Due to the intimate nature of these handcrafted silicone artifacts, we do not accept returns. Once the containment unit is breached, the specimen is permanently yours.
        
II. ANOMALOUS DEFECTS (Damaged Goods)If a specimen exhibits structural failure or a manufacturing anomaly during its summoning ritual:
