Never. We deploy in plain, unmarked packaging under our logistics alias "ATR Logistics." The internal packing slip is listed discreetly as "Wellness Products."

Unopened, unused items may be returned within 30 days. Due to the intimate nature of these specimens and hygiene protocols, we cannot accept returns on opened items unless a defect is discovered.

If a specimen is compromised during transit, contact the laboratory within 7 days with photographic evidence. We will dispatch a replacement immediately.
